- Leasing services with an aim to secure an optimum tenant mix for the Amaad Project which will provide sustainable lease rentals to the owners of the Project.
- Family Entertainment Complex
- A strategic approach to develop the Eastern end of the Project as a Family Entertainment Complex (“FEC”) modeled on a BOT basis and including components such as cinema, an amusements park, fast and casual F&B options, etc.
- The FEC is a big draw for the Project, as a convenient entertainment option for the families in Aramco residence and KFUPM students’ residence in particular and the Eastern province in general.
- The people working in the commercial offices also benefit from the F&B options available in the FEC.

Additional Services
- Organizing of small events, exhibitions to attract people to the Project site even before the launch, creating visibility for the project in the local market.
- Installation of LED screens at various strategic locations in the project creating an attractive façade for the project and acts as a first visual medium for advertising the project to the passersby. The LED screens are also an additional source of advertisement revenue.
