This project involved identifying and engaging major specialized contractors to bid for performing interior fit-out and MEP for four hotels in Al Ahsa, Al Khobar, and Riyadh. A complex project such as this required intensive coordination efforts between the project manager located in Dubai, architect consultants located in Doha, and contractors in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.
