In partnership with Colliers International, Tri Arms Consultants has managed the development of a 7500 sqm retail shopping area within the development of the hotel. This was accomplished by performing location analysis, designing retail area zoning and merchandise mix, and identifying and engaging tenant options within various marketing and pre-leasing activities.
